  Wasn't too busy yet the staff couldn't seem to keep up...waited for ever just to order and even longer for food. At first, I thought maybe it was a lack of management. Then, the manager showed up and it was clear that management was the issue. The manager was too busy flirting with the guy making fried to be concerned with customers. When I asked for more paper cups for ketchup, "I would have to go all the way to the back to check!" , then handed me a chicken nugget box and said "use this". Never stopping here again!

  Waited over 15 minutes a d didn't even get our food. Got our money back without even an apology or them trying to make it right. Crew in the back were just goofing off the entire time. Won't be going back.
